The City is considering amendments to its policies and development regulations that would enable provision of sewer service to the Cowlitz Reservation abutting the city limits. Any sewer service agreement with the Cowlitz Tribe would establish the Tribe's fair share of costs associated with the recent treatment plant expansion and the future construction of a sewer main to the City's western boundary. br>
