The City is considering an agreement with the Cowlitz Tribe for the provision of sewer service to their reservation that is contiguous with the City's city limits. The agreement establishes the Cowlitz' fair share of costs associated with the recent treatment plant expansion and the extension of a sewer main to the western portion of the City's urban growth area.
